Surfside Beach Clean Up

When: Sun Mar 4 2018

Where: Surfside community center 9301 Collins Ave Surfside, FL 33154-2693 USA

Come out and join us for a Surfside Beach Cleanup from 8 am - 12pm. Please wear closed toe shoes and a hat and bring along sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle. We will provide trash bags, gloves and iced water to refill your water bottles.

If you're bringing a group of children please have one chaperone present for every 10 individuals. Individuals under 16 years of age require adult supervision. Please, no drop-offs. This is a plastic free event, please bring a reusable water bottle or reusable cup.

This is a great way to earn volunteer hours for school, so please tell your classmates about this opportunity. All Volunteers will receive a letter certifying their volunteer hours.

Thanks and we hope to see you there. We believe that teaching about conservation and protection of the ocean 🌊 is the best hope for the future of our beaches and native wild life! 🐢
